You can pay conveniently by credit card, prepayment (bank transfer), direct debit and PayPal.
Shipping
Are there any shipping costs?
We charge a flat rate of 55 dkr per order for shipping to Denmark.
How are the orders delivered?
- We usually deliver with DHL or Deutsche Post.
- As soon as we have registered your payment and shipped the goods, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery.
What is the procedure for returning my sample?
- To return the sampling to us, the return envelope must be stamped by you.
- As soon as the sample has been tested in the laboratory, you can view your test result online at https://shop.osteolabs.de/befund.html.
- You will receive an email notification as soon as your sample has been received and your test result can be viewed online.
